We provide simple to understand documents including contracts and always tell you what we'll do and how much it will cost every step of the way - and it's all backed by our Professional Indemnity insurance cover.
We have designed, built, extended and renovated countless clients' properties (as well as our own), so we know just how much your building project means to you.

We are a design-led architectural practice based in Nottingham specialising in residential projects across the UK. We have a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience gained from 30 years in the business, which we draw upon to make your project both unique and as straight forward as possible.
With over 30 years in the business Marcus has seen every aspect of architectural work. From one off private houses to large mixed use retail projects, in fact, there aren’t many sectors he hasn’t been involved in.
Marcus Tams - Founder
Spending the early part of my career in London gave me a really good grounding in all aspects of architecture. Working for a number of design-led practices ensured I have a keen eye for detail whilst gaining my commercial credentials internationally, working in Sydney (AUS) and then Auckland (NZ) before settling down to raise a family back in England.
After seven years working for a large East Midlands practice I decided it was time to take the plunge and in 2014 I set up my own practice. It took a while to get established but we’ve now built a reputation as one of the region’s leading residential practices.
Outside of work I have a growing family with three daughters. One of whom is about to fly the nest and head to University. The other two love playing football and I can always be found on a Sunday standing on some muddy touchline shouting my support. At the heart of it all is my wife, who makes everything possible - she is a rock and my best mate.
I also love fishing which gives me a chance to switch-off and find a bit of peace +quiet and then there’s my life-long passion - Nottingham Forest (they’re the reason I moved to Nottingham in the first place).
