Service Description

Prior to meeting, we will carry out a desktop study on your property/site in order to arrive prepared to add as much value as possible. During the meeting, we get to see the site, discuss the project, help create a brief and get a really good understanding of what you want to achieve. In return we can discuss all aspects of the project, including planning issues, pit-falls to avoid, costs and how to get the right builder. Following the meeting, we provide you with a detailed breakdown of our fees and scope of services for you to review at your leisure.
