A replacement family home in Nottinghamshire Greenbelt, the new dwelling is orientated to maximise views out over countryside to the rear. To the front, a single storey masonry wing projects forward, addressing the approach driveway. A recessed entrance is located beneath a timber fin screen which gives privacy to the first floor landing space whilst allowing views out.

The house is clad in vertical timber boarding to first floor above a plinth formed in red brick typical of the locality.
