Small is beautiful and this little gem is no exception!

This replacement dwelling on an urban street of the outskirts of West Bridgford had many locals talking about it. Described as a ‘marmite’ building by some locals, we were chuffed when Rushcliffe Borough Council recognised that contemporary designed homes can sit harmoniously with their older neighbours and gave it a resounding thumbs up at the planning committee.
